If you have miscalculated and over ordered then we would ask that you either email us or call us on 01772 336476 within 30 days of receiving the goods. The goods can be exchanged but you would be required to pay the delivery charge, then we will refund you the cost of the products once we have received them back and checked for damages. If you need to exchange any materials then we would ask for payment in full for the products you require (including delivery charge) and we will refund you for the unwanted items once they are back in our yard. The goods will need to be left where the driver originally dropped them, so they can be easily picked up with the crane.
Bags of postmix/cement and any items made specially using the ‘cutting option’ or ‘concrete cutting option’ are not eligible for return or refund.
