Goods Damaged in Transit – We ask that you check your delivery within 24 hours and notify us of any damages to the materials you have purchased, if there is anything that has been damaged in transit we ask that you email a picture of the product(s) to us at email@example.com. Once we’ve received the email we will look to get the materials exchanged as soon as is possible with our delivery schedule. The goods will need to be left where the driver originally dropped them, so they can be easily picked up with the crane.
Goods ordered by miscalculation – If you have miscalculated and over ordered then we would ask that you either email us or call us on 01772 336476, the goods can be exchanged but you would be required to pay the delivery charge, then we will refund you the cost of the products once we have received them back and checked for damages. If you need to exchange any materials then we would ask for payment in full for the products you require (including delivery charge) and we will refund you for the unwanted items once they are back in our yard. The goods will need to be left where the driver originally dropped them, so they can be easily picked up with the crane.
Bags of postmix/cement and any items made specially using the ‘cutting option’ or ‘concrete cutting option’ are not eligible for return or refund.
