We accept a range of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB, as well as payments made through PayPal. All payments are processed securely at checkout, so your details are protected throughout the transaction. You can choose whichever option is most convenient for you when placing your order.

We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you’re local and ordering timber products only, delivery usually takes anywhere between 3 to 7 working days.

For nationwide deliveries, orders can take slightly longer and are generally delivered within 28 to 35 days. Orders containing concrete items also take around 28 to 35 days to arrive.

These are our usual delivery times, although things can take a little longer during particularly busy periods. If you’re working to a particular date, just give us a call and we can let you know what sort of delivery time you can expect. We’ll do our best to work with you and make sure you know when your order is likely to arrive.

Please note that our delivery windows do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 6:00pm. We appreciate that’s a fairly wide delivery window, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee exact times, as this depends on your driver’s route, traffic and other deliveries they have that day.

To help make sure your delivery goes smoothly, we recommend having someone available during the delivery window to receive your order. This means the driver can speak to you when they arrive and make sure everything is handed over safely.

Yes, we do! If you’re keen to get your order sooner, our express delivery service offers a much shorter wait time, with delivery typically taking 2 to 4 working days. However, please be aware that express delivery is only available for orders containing fence panels or timber products.

Our express delivery service is sent by courier. If you choose express delivery, we’ll just need a contact telephone number so our team can get in touch and arrange a delivery day that works for you.

Once your order is ready to go, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s ready for collection. Most Click & Collect orders are available straight away, as we keep many of our items permanently in stock, so you can usually collect your order as soon as you’ve placed it.

If your order includes bespoke panels that are being specially made for you, the wait time will be a little longer, usually around 4 to 7 working days. This gives us time to make sure your panels are made just right. We’ll let you know as soon as they’re ready to collect.

When your order arrives, we recommend giving everything a quick check within 24 hours, just to make sure it’s arrived with you safely. If you do spot any damage, don’t worry, just email us at [email protected] with a photograph of the damaged item, and we’ll take a look for you. 

From there, we can arrange a refund or replacement where necessary. You can also find more information about what to do if your order arrives damaged in our dedicated Returns Policy.

The main thing to check before your delivery is that our driver can easily access the place where you’d like your goods dropped off. Our home delivery wagons are 32-tonne crane wagons, measuring 37ft long and 10ft 2in wide, so it’s worth checking if they can safely access to your property before delivery day.

If you’re not sure whether there’s enough room for the wagon to get through, just get in touch with us beforehand. We’re happy to talk it through with you and help make sure everything is ready for delivery.

Please also make sure you’re available on the day that your delivery is scheduled to arrive and that we have the correct contact number for you. If our driver can’t get hold of you, your delivery could be delayed or cancelled, which may result in a cost to you. 

If your order includes any heavy items, we ask that a fit and able person is available to assist with unloading. For insurance reasons, our drivers aren’t able to enter your home, so please make sure there’s suitable access and someone available when your delivery arrives. This helps us make sure your order can be delivered safely and without any issues.

We deliver across mainland UK, including England, Scotland and Wales. If you’re based somewhere outside the mainland, such as the Outer Hebrides, Isle of Wight or Jersey, please give us a call before placing your order. We can check the delivery options available for your location, provide a quote and talk you through everything before you place your order.

Of course! If you’ve measured your space and need a fence panel that’s smaller than our standard sizes, we can cut it down to the size you need. There’s an additional £7.50 charge for cutting fence panels to size.

We can also cut concrete gravel boards to size for an additional £3.50 + VAT, so they can fit neatly alongside your panels.

As cut-to-size panels are non-refundable, we recommend double-checking your measurements before placing your order. If you’re unsure what size you need, just give us a call and our team will be happy to talk it through with you.
