Simply sketch an outline of your flowers onto plywood sheets before carefully cutting them out with a jigsaw, drilling a small hole at the top for hanging. Next, use outdoor acrylic paint or exterior spray paint in vibrant shades like yellow, turquoise and pink, finishing with a clear outdoor sealer to protect against rain and sun. To create a natural, playful look, you can vary the heights along the fence and attach them using twine and outdoor command hooks.
